Please be advised that eRealty Advisors:
- Does not require prospective buyer clients to show identification*
- Does not require exclusive buyer broker agreements**
- Does not require pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds*
* Although eRealty Advisors may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require identification and/or proof of financial qualification prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer. If required by the seller, eRealty Advisors will communicate such requirements to the prospective buyer.
** While eRealty Advisors does not require exclusive buyer broker agreements, New York law and industry rules may require a written agreement addressing broker compensation prior to showing property or submitting an offer. Accordingly, eRealty Advisors strongly recommends that its agents obtain written confirmation of compensation (such as a buyer representation agreement, co-broker agreement, or written communication from the listing broker) prior to proceeding with a transaction.
