What we collect

When you submit a form — buyer or seller inquiry, open-house sign-in, or a property inquiry — we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and your property preferences or details.

When you follow one of our short links or scan one of our QR codes, standard access analytics are recorded: time of visit, device type, and referring source.

How we use it

Your information is stored in our client management system and used to respond to your inquiry, match you with listings, coordinate showings, and follow up about our services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to another company for that company to market to you.

During a transaction we share what is needed with the people working on it — for example a lender, attorney, title company, or inspector that you have chosen.

We disclose information where the law requires it.

Service providers

Listing photos are served from our MLS data provider's content network. Showing appointments are scheduled through our booking system. These providers process only what is needed to provide those functions.

Other businesses we are involved in

John Pisa is an Associate Broker with eRealty Advisors and is also a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #173221). He arranges residential mortgages through LN Capital, and non-qualified-mortgage loans through Pisa Financial Services, a separate company of which he is Principal. On some transactions he may therefore have an interest in the financing as well as in the sale.

We do not pass information you give this site to that company. If you choose to contact it, that is your decision. You are always free to use any lender or any agent, and using ours is never a condition of anything.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. You may ask us at any time to correct your information or stop contacting you — reach out through any contact method on this site.
