About us

We are a two-person team inside a full-service brokerage, and the split is deliberate. John Pisa has spent thirty years in Westchester real estate and is the Associate Broker of record on our listings — pricing, negotiation, and the parts of a transaction where nothing substitutes for having done it before. Jack Lando runs the search and marketing side: matching buyers against what is actually on the market, and holding the photography and presentation on every property we list to one standard.

What that means for you is a small team with no handoffs. You are not passed to an assistant after the first call, and you always know which of us is doing what.

Where we work

Westchester County is home. Scarsdale, Eastchester, Rye, Yonkers and the towns around them are where we list and sell most often, and where our market knowledge is worth something specific rather than general. Through eRealty Advisors we also work in New York City, Nassau County on Long Island, and Fairfield County in Connecticut — so a move across one of those lines does not mean starting over with a new agent.

Our brokerage

We are licensed with eRealty Advisors, a brokerage headquartered at 777 Westchester Avenue Suite 101, White Plains, NY 10604 and operating across New York and five other states. John Pisa is an Associate Broker with the firm; Jack Lando is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Both are REALTORS®.

Beyond the White Plains headquarters, the firm keeps offices in Manhattan, Manhasset on Long Island, and Stamford, Connecticut — so a client on either side of the state line, or out on the Island, is working with a local office rather than a long drive. Jack Lando and John Pisa are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). John Pisa is also a licensed mortgage loan originator, registered in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS #173221).
